We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dog Daycare & Boarding Facility Manager to oversee our daily operations. This role is central to managing our team, ensuring the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Facility Manager is responsible for supervising staff, managing scheduling and payroll, maintaining a clean environment, and implementing effective care routines. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, a passion for animals, and an upbeat, outgoing personality.

Key Qualifications:

• Highly computer literate (experience with Gingr software preferred).

• Excellent communication and sales skills to engage with clients and offer services.

• Knowledge of basic dog behavior and health.

• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds.

• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Supervise and train staff to maintain high-quality care standards.

• Manage client communications, inquiries, and administrative tasks like inventory and payroll.

• Liaise with staff regarding feedings, specialized services, and medical requirements.

• Manage social media pages.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including cleaning up after pets.

• Perform basic dog care such as monitoring, bathing, and feeding.
