Responsibilities:

Perform full-service dog grooming including bathing, drying, brushing, and haircuts

Execute breed-specific cuts and custom styling based on owner preferences

Safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments

Clean and trim nails, clean ears, and perform other finishing services

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized grooming station and salon area

Communicate with pet owners regarding grooming needs, coat condition, and service recommendations

Identify and report any skin, coat, or health concerns observed during grooming

Requirements:

Prior professional dog grooming experience preferred

Proficiency in breed-specific cuts and a variety of grooming styles

Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments

Strong knowledge of grooming tools, equipment, and grooming products

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a steady grooming schedule

Genuine love and compassion for animals is a must
