Role Overview
As a Professional Dog Kennel Attendant, you are responsible for the health, safety, and behavior management of all dogs in our care. You will be expected to work independently, follow protocols precisely, and maintain a calm, controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Animal Care Excellence Execute feeding, medication, and care routines with accuracy and consistency
Behavior & Group Management Safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including managing group play and preventing incidents
Facility Standards Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized environment at all times
Operational Discipline Follow structured procedures and complete daily task checklists without supervision
Client Trust Ensure every dog receives attentive, low-stress care that reflects our commitment to quality
Qualifications (Strict Requirements)
2+ years professional experience required (kennel, vet clinic, boarding, grooming, or training facility — personal pet ownership does not qualify)
Reliability is non-negotiable We are looking for individuals with a consistent attendance history and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently Must be comfortable handling responsibilities without constant supervision
Physical capability Able to stand, move, and handle dogs of all sizes throughout the shift
Proximity Must live within 45 minutes of Dallas, TX 75287
Basic tech skills Comfortable using digital systems for notes and record-keeping
