About the Role:

Join T&T PET CARE SERVICES as a Doggy Daycare Manager at our Northside location and lead a passionate team dedicated to providing a safe, healthy and fun environment for the dogs in their care. In this exciting role, you will create a safe, clean, fun, and engaging environment for dogs while ensuring top-notch service for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the doggy daycare, ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Manage staff schedules and training to maintain high-quality care standards.

Develop and implement engaging activities for dogs to promote socialization and exercise.

Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dogs' needs and behaviors.

Monitor the health and well-being of all dogs in our care.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate records of dog profiles, vaccinations, and emergency contacts.

Assist in marketing efforts to promote daycare services and attract new clients.

Assist in special events to attract new clients.

Develop and track a customer referral program.

Develop and track an employee referral program.

Requirements:

Proven experience in pet care management or a similar role.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Knowledge of dog behavior, health, and safety protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in pet first aid and CPR is a plus.

Passion for animals and commitment to providing outstanding service.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in animal science or related field preferred.
