A strong interest in learning about dog behavior, body language, and group dynamics.

A desire to grow within the role and advance to positions like Pen Supervisor.

A positive, easy-going attitude with a willingness to learn.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes.

Ability to work in a loud environment—yes, dogs bark!

    Excellent time management and punctuality.

Reliable transportation (we’re conveniently located on an MBTA route).

Please note: This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to:

Be on your feet for up to 8 hours.

Work with both small and large dogs.

Kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
