Dogtopia is the leading, premier provider of dog daycare, overnight boarding, and spa services in North America. K9 NOVA HOLDINGS, LLC is the franchise group tasked as the Area Developer of Northern Virginia and is aggressively hiring and growing the brand in the suburbs of Washington, DC. We are looking for passionate, career-oriented individuals who want to learn and grow with us as we improve a booming industry one dog at a time! The Sales Manager, PPRM (Pet Parent Relationship Manager) position is a sales-focused position within the Dogtopia daycare, with a focus on new customer acquisition (50%), current customer relationship management (35%) and local store event marketing execution (15%). The position focuses relentlessly on lead generation, new lead outreach, lead conversion, and B2B/community development opportunities, while maintaining an eye on current customer engagement with light social media and email marketing responsibilities. These activities revolve around strong phone and in-person activity with the ability to meet minimum Daily Production Standards below. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and strong sales skill set, be a motivated salesperson by nature, and be able to function within a team setting. The position is one of the "3 Pillars" of the business and works in close connection to the store's Operations Manager and General Manager (direct report).

SALES INITIATIVES:

• Assist and/or lead Social Media/Email advertising campaigns
• Establish and maintain the community/guerilla/B2B marketing efforts
• Manage the daycare's referral program
• Conduct the daycare tours to prospective customers
• Manage communications between prospective leads and the daycare
• Set new lead appointments and close those sales opportunities weekly
• Follow up on unconverted appointments and constant review and renewal of customer daycare packages

DAILY PRODUCTION STANDARDS:

• Meet minimum daily call volume standards
• Meet minimum weekly new lead appointments
• Meet minimum weekly sales goals
• All incoming calls answered within 3 rings
• All emails and voicemails answered within 2 hours of receipt – 12 hours if received after business hours
• All emails and voicemails answered within 2 hours of receipt – 12 hours if received
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframe
• Follow daily schedule for position

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME, 30-40 HOURS PER WEEK

• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour + bonus opportunities with experience
