Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process • Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Requires a passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or related experience is highly desired • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 at plan commissions
