Previous sales experience preferred not manditory (automotive, retail, or customer facing)
Available to work weekends

Automotive Sales Responsibilities:
Build sustainable, long-term relationships with a focus on referral and repeat business opportunities
Assist customers with selecting a vehicle with discovery questions and active, strong listening skills
Be the vehicle expert
Know the ins-and-outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure excellent experience and develop repeat and referral opportunities
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in exciting closing
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting new opportunities.
Converts customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining functionality, accessories, warranties, and services.
Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
Provides sales management information through conventional reporting.
Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
Improves job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and following the market.
Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership and accomplishing tasks, accommodating individual goals and requirements.
