    • Previous sales experience preferred not manditory (automotive, retail, or customer facing)

    • Available to work weekends

    • Ability to bring enthusiasm to the job with every interaction

    • Willing to learn and execute immediately

    • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

    • Over 18 and satisfactory driving record

    Automotive Sales Responsibilities:

    • Build sustainable, long-term relationships with a focus on referral and repeat business opportunities

    • Assist customers with selecting a vehicle with discovery questions and active, strong listening skills

    • Be the vehicle expert

    • Know the ins-and-outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

    • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles

    • Follow-up with buyers to ensure excellent experience and develop repeat and referral opportunities

    • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in exciting closing

    • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

    • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.

    • Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting new opportunities.

    • Converts customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.

    • Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.

    • Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.

    • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining functionality, accessories, warranties, and services.

    • Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.

    • Provides sales management information through conventional reporting.

    • Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.

    • Improves job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and following the market.

    • Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership and accomplishing tasks, accommodating individual goals and requirements.
