    Job Description

    The DoiT International team helps companies make the effective use of AWS and Google Cloud products and supports them along the way. As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you're helping by working with large tech companies, to ease their adoption of the cloud using AWS and Google's cloud platform solutions

    You are dedicated to helping our customers — developers, start-ups and Digital Native businesses — to see the benefits of DoiT International expertise come to life. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you'll advocate for the Google Cloud and AWS, promoting technology for business innovation.

    You'll work to swiftly problem-solve technical issues for customers to show how our products can make businesses more productive, collaborative and innovative. You work closely with a cross-functional team of customer reliability engineers, not to mention a variety of both regional and international customers.

    Your relationships with customers are crucial in helping DoiT International grow its global business and also in bringing our product portfolio into companies both big and small around the world. Your previous experience with cloud platform and infrastructure products, will also be on display as you engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.

    TARGET LOCATIONS: Remote US

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to the customer
    • Engage with client organizations to effectively position Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS solutions
    • Serve as the primary customer contact during the entire customer lifecycle with DoiT International 
    • Leverage DoiT Engineering team for Customer's technical challenges
    • Work with your customers on cost optimization (e.g. FinOps), architectural and security reviews
    • Identify New Workload opportunities DoiT can assist with

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer IN A CLOUD COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT - Mandatory

    • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud

    • Ability to work independently and establish yourself as a trusted advisor with Technology companies

    • Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud technology space

    • Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills

    • Ability to rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept and technical demonstrations

    • Ability to speak and write in English
