Business Development Manager (Infrastructure Projects)
Job Description
THIS LISTING HAS 2 OPEN POSITIONS BASED OUT OF SEDALIA, COLORADO AND RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a business development/ sales account manager role responsible for securing and overseeing major infrastructure accounts to include projects such as bridges, tunnels, water treatment plants are a plus.

Qualifications
PROBLEM SOLVING
This position requires the ability to support the sales function within the Infrastructure Team and at times in the customer environment, solving design and field problems on short notice with minimal information.
COMMUNICATION
Extensive daily interaction with internal colleagues, management and customers.
MENTAL EFFORT
Position requires the ability to work in an organized manner, in a fast-paced environment and manage time to meet deadlines. Willing to work a flexible work schedule.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions vary from that of an office environment: dry, cool, well lighted, to outside conditions (equipment yard or job site), high noise level in certain areas, extreme outdoor temperatures.
TRAVEL
Willing to travel to participate in team presentations as needed.
