PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS / NINJA - LEAD COORDINATOR

If you love working with children and desire to make a positive impact working with a great team, this may be the job for you. We are looking for an energetic, organized, multi-tasker who will work closely with our program director to train new team members and teach recreational gymnastics/Ninja classes. DolFUN Dynamics is a new Multi-Sport & Early Childhood Development Center offering Swim-Gym-Enrichment Classes & Adult FIT.

The Lead Gym Coordinator will assist the Program Director with day-to-day operations of our Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics & Dynamic Ninja programs. This position will coach preschool gymnastics/movement classes for children ages 6 months - 6 years and Ninja classes for children ages 3-12 years. You will also be responsible to supervise other instructors and coaches; write lesson plans, monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents, assist with Camps/Parties and have oversight of the gymnastic facility and its equipment. Ideally looking for someone who is available Monday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday.

In this position you will:

Teach dynamic classes to children 4 months-12 years old based on our Sweet Peas & Ninja curriculum. (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)

Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.

Work with your teammates to be their best selves and to teach the best classes!

Excite and invite all new customers to become part of our Dynamic POD!

Candidates are highly desirable if they have prior experience in:

Teaching

Physical Education

Gymnastics

Tumbling

Parkour, Teaching,

Coaching, or Special Events.

The RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS / NINJA LEAD COORDINATOR position is a vital member of DolFUN Dynamic's Team, directing and working collaboratively with other Program and Administrative Managers to continue the development and oversight of DolFUN's programming. Individuals must enjoy working with and have a positive attitude with children, parents and staff.

Pay: $18 - $20.00 per hour
