As a Field Task Leader in Lynchburg, VA you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. This position includes managing internal and sub contract equipment readiness, testing, and field deployments from contract award through job closeout. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product specifications, and working closely with engineering and manufacture, to deliver winning products. Responsibilities typically include planning, scheduling and control of project activities to achieve project objectives.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $42.00- $54.33 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
· 3-5 years of experience in greenhouse growing or vegetable farming.
· Knowledge of plant growth, spray, and fertilizer program.
· Knowledge of equipment maintenance such as irrigation and seed line equipment.
· Language Requirements: English/Spanish
· Must have the ability to make decisions, appear for work on time, follow directions, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules/procedures.
PHYSIC _ AL REQUIREMENTS:_
· Ability to work in various weather conditions
· Ability to walk in uneven ground
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Ability to climb on and off harvesting equipment
· Ability to travel to various harvesting locations and relocate
