    YOUR NEW ROLE Recently the RAA Board and Executive Team endorsed a new program of work that will provide a foundation for achieving the RAA’s strategic goals, drive digital maturity and deliver better experience and outcomes for members and the community. The core piece of this program is a new Membership Platform - a centralised hub that will create a holistic view of members and their entire relationship with RAA. This new technology will also empower employees to deliver enriched experiences to both current and future members. As the Data Governance Analyst on the program, you'll assist in the development of the data governance framework to the project to the program to ensure best practice methodology for implementation of data pipelines and data models. You'll provide direction to the program to ensure data pipeline solutions minimise future support effort as well as meeting immediate requirements and support the migration of critical organisation data and implementation of the new CRM platform.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED This role will require you to have demonstrated experience in data modelling, database design, implantation and support. You'll also need:

    • Experience in modern approaches to manage organisational data across core platforms.
    • Experience in data quality practices and how they drive business.
    • Proven ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels – verbally, in writing, presentations and reports.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and objectives across a multi-stream program of work.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION

    • Creation and adjustments of daily production schedules for Dole production facilities.
    • Develop special work around plans and schedules including unforeseen events (raw material supply, labor, government interventions, weather, mechanical, etc.).
    • Provide operations preliminary and final schedule plans required to enable the teams to support the business needs in an efficient manner.
    • Communicate requirements to manufacturing as required to meet customer demand and product age requirements. Liaison with other company departments on changes, adjustments, and special orders.
    • Build transfers of finished good items between Dole facilities and 3rd party vendors as needed to meet demand. Provide support towards the resolution of any truck freight claims associated with transportation for these loads.
    • PO placement, confirmation and monitoring ensuring adherence to co-pack plan and run rules.
    • Act as liaison with procurement, raw materials and production management to provide timely and accurate information flow related to product needs and scheduling.
    • Responsible for ensuring that customer demands for quality products are met. 
    • Communicate required movement of dated product with customer service and sales department.
    • Accurate management of all reports covering areas of responsibility.
    • Provide backup coverage for other master schedulers as needed.
    • Coordinate with marketing, materials, and manufacturing to implement inventory management and any systems changes required to handle revised or new formulations (packaging, materials, etc.) to ensure proper stop/start dates and monitor inventory to avoid costs of write off. 
    • Deliver appropriate data as required to develop accurate budgets.
    • Follow all Food Safety Requirements and GMPs as applicable to position.
    • Other duties as assigned.
