PROPOSALS MARKETING INTERN

Consigli is seeking a Marketing intern based out of our Milford office. The Marketing intern is responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing plans. Responsibilities will include but not limited to assistance in preparation of qualifications and proposal packages, production of marketing materials, market research, public relations support, and database maintenance.

Required Skills

• • Provide general support for marketing communications initiatives
    • Creating graphic hero images for internal and external communications
    • Resizing graphics and images for materials
    • Organizing graphics folders and library of collateral materials
    • Assist with creating jobsite signage and materials
    • Creating eye-catching and engaging graphics for internal news platform
    • Help to maintain graphic briefing system
    • Help to maintain Consigli’s photo library
    • Contribute to larger marketing team and collaborate to bring new ideas to life

Required Experience

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent writing skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and project management skills in order to prioritize in a fast changing environment
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn new technologies (e.g. social media, CRM)
• Highly self-motivated individual that works well independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clarity and conviction
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
