The Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications Manager develops and executes a marketing and communications strategy to engage HTK affiliated financial professionals and employees and support the business priorities of the wealth management firm. This position will develop and oversee a small team responsible for supporting communications across HTK. The critical focus of this role is developing content and working with internal business partners to effectively deliver messages in a variety of venues and formats to HTK affiliated financial professionals.

Responsibilities
- Works with management team to determine communications and marketing strategies for transformational HTK initiatives
- Manages internal and external web presence including daily news delivery for HTK financial professionals
- Creates detailed marketing and communications plans for key initiatives
- Develops key messages and communications for internal and external audiences
- Leverages existing resources across the enterprise to refine strategies, plans and messaging
- Enhances web and social media (primarily LinkedIn) communication efforts to deliver information
- Plans and develops content spanning a variety of channels including in-person presentations, email, website, webinars and more
- Partners with HTK Sales Support, Operations and Service to help market product and service offerings to HTK financial professionals to drive adoption
- Manages communications and marketing needs for events/conferences including brand oversight
- Assists with developing and moderating company webinars
- Works with all departments to streamline financial professional communications and simplify messages
- Works with enterprise creative teams to develop materials including printed collateral, email messages, newsletter and website content
- Collaborates with distribution partners marketing/communication teams to coordinate efforts and ensure messaging alignment (1847Financial and Independence Financial Network)
- Partners with 1847Financial distribution network to develop and execute marketing strategy to support recruitment of new financial professionals
- Works closely with Penn Mutual communication teams to ensure key messages about HTK are delivered throughout the enterprise
- Supports strategic communication and presentations for the President of HTK and the Senior Management team
- Responsible for leading a small team of communications professionals in a fast paced environment with their day-to-day responsibilities

Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing or related roles Required and

Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing Required

Base Salary: $95,000 - $145,000
