Human Resources Supervisor
Knowledge of equipment cleaning process.
Knowledge of chemicals, their use and MSDS.
Knowledge of safety preparedness and skills.
Knowledge of assigned schedules.
Knowledge of codes and operations alerts.
Assists in training of new personnel.
Complete daily assignments in a timely manner.
Possesses critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
Communicates with the customer and responds to their needs.
Works with other Departments to meet the needs of the patients.
Required Skills
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
BLS Certification preferred or within 6 months of employment - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider).
Required Experience
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Ability to delegate responsibility and be accountable for the conduct and wellbeing of employees assigned to the department.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
