Dolven Enterprises is a global provider of products and services to the home furnishings industry. We manufacture finished goods such as furniture, mattresses, and bedding components to sell directly to manufacturers and retailers. Our current business units are located in Asia, Central America and North America, and we are headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Dolven Enterprises seeks a team-oriented individual to manage the customer service of key accounts. The ideal candidate must have a personable demeanor with customers to facilitate an ever-changing, fast-paced global supply chain. This will be a full-time, salaried exempt position.
Purpose/Description - Deliver premium customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns - Process orders from purchase order receipt to sales order fulfillment and invoicing - Provide follow-up to customer interaction such as when an order will be ready and steps being taken to resolve customer concerns - Manage customer returns - Communicate internally with various departments such as Planning, R&D, Accounting, and Warehouse - Serve as a liaison for the customer with freight forwarders to ensure product is delivered in a timely and efficient manner Education/Experience - Minimum associates degree; bachelor's degree preferred - Strong ability to navigate a computer and basic understanding Microsoft Office - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems a plus Job Specifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Data collection and ordering - Willingness to travel
