🧺 Part-Time Domestic Helper – Cooking, Light Cleaning & Laundry

Location: Bowie, MD Position Type: Part-Time Schedule: 3 days/week Compensation: $16-$19/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Helper to assist with cooking, light cleaning, and laundry in our home. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Only two adults live in the home, and we already have a professional cleaning service that handles deep cleaning twice a month. Your focus will be on daily upkeep and supporting the smooth operation of our household.

Responsibilities:

Prepare simple, healthy meals (or assist with meal prep)

Light household cleaning (tidying surfaces, wiping down counters, organizing)

Laundry: washing, folding, ironing, and putting away clothes

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and laundry area after use

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience as a housekeeper, domestic helper, or home cook

Trustworthy, punctual, and respectful of privacy

Able to follow instructions and work independently

Good communicator, fluent in [insert preferred language(s)]

Reliable transportation to and from the home
