DOMINANT MOVING COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED SALES PROFESSIONAL(S) WITH A SKILL AND ABILITY TO PERSUADE POTENTIAL CLIENTS TO HIRE OUR COMPANY.

About us: We are growing Moving Company. We provide Residential and Commercial Local and Long Distance moving services (1000 Miles Radius for Now). We have a really solid online reputation, which will make the closing /booking process easy. (We have an average of 4.5 star on Yelp, Google, other websites).

We have an optimized marketing that will supply sales professionals with lots of leads so you can make good commission of each move. No cold calls. Again, we are growing moving company and we will be getting more trucks, more workers and will put more money into marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Telephone Sales Professional will have to provide on-phone estimates for moving services and scheduling / booking jobs by answering incoming calls from potential clients, and making calls to potential clients who requested the estimate through our website and various service search platforms. The goal is to close every customer from the first contact. If not booked from first call, you will need to send estimate using CRM for moving companies then to follow up on estimate using company’s follow up strategy.

SKILLS WANTED:

• Great Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written with a good grammar and using formal language.

• Ability to listen to customer’s needs and assess the picture of the job.

• Great Persuasive Sales Skills are big plus. Ability to overcome objections. turn “NO” to “YES”

• Well organized, Disciplined, responsible.

• Display confidence, energy and passion on the phone.

• Basic Computer skills to write emails, using CRM, etc.

SALARY:

Hourly Pay or Commission from booked jobs, whichever is greater, Plus bonus opportunity.

We want you to succeed and have a sustainable pay every month. But you will need to work hard and generate a lot of sales monthly.
