SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR / EXPO COORDINATOR

The company has grown over 1000% in the past 10 months, winning numerous awards, and being featured in national beauty outlets as the newest emerging technology advancing the aesthetic industry. As the company grows – so does the need for creative marketing representatives to help drive the brand and consumer awareness in 2022 and beyond.
The Social Media Coordinator will assist the marketing department in the creation of assets to visually represent EON in the Aesthetic Industry. This position requires development of creative posts, stories, and campaigns. Candidates must have a clear understanding of the art of storytelling. We want a team player who can take an idea and collaborate with management and other team members to create captivating, educational, and visual concepts. This position will also manage the booking of medical expos.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Schedule, write, and manage for social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz and TikTok).
● Mine social media conversations, engage in conversation on behalf of the brand, and collaborate with internal teams to craft responses when necessary.
● Create and maintain content calendars for all social and digital channels.
● Provide monthly analysis and reporting on our social media and digital platforms to show progress and communicate insights.
● Meeting with account executives to discuss goals, expectations, timelines, and to recommend and/or propose campaign strategies.
● Managing, daily, each providers social accounts to verify they are posting about EON and ask them to post when necessary.
● Create and execute social ad campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales.
● Create digital and social graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
● Write, post, and manage blog posts.
● Other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager.
● Coordinate, produce, and send marketing emails.
● Assist in writing marketing materials when needed.
● Manage trade show scheduling, logistics of device delivery, on-site support, utility purchases, and book hotels for event staff.
● Work with tradeshow management to coordinate display setup for trade shows and breakdown. Responsible for all expo inventory (i.e. sales materials, masks, sanitizers and other needs of the sales team). Track expenses per expo.
● Manage and/or work trade shows /events when needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
● Proficient with a broad range of analytic tools and metrics including Google Analytics.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Highly motivated with a passion for blogging and staying agile and authentic on social media.
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
● A team player with the confidence to take the lead when necessary to articulate and present campaign strategy ideas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or similar field.
● 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, writing, advertising, or a related field.
● Must possess a solid understanding of the social media universe, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, WordPress, blogs, and other related online platforms, social media optimization strategies, and interactive marketing principles.
DURATION:
Full-time position with three months introductory period.
