DOMINION FINANCIAL SERVICES (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month with a team of just 10 loan officers. DFS is looking for an Executive Sales Assistant to help manage our growing team.

We have an unparalleled marketing program here that generates more leads then can be handled. We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant immediately to help with loan quotes, follow-up and general communication with potential clients.

This opportunity is not for everyone. You would be speaking directly on the phone with seasoned real estate investors and assisting with marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis
• Assist with generating loan quotes
• Work with our marketing team on various ongoing marketing campaigns
• Other general administrative duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Prior administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or other related field
• Prior experience working with Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred
