Responsibilities: Create and maintain protocols for data management and support to increase team productivity Provide world-class customer service to our client base and vendors to achieve improved brand recognition Keep team members informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled to ensure open lines of communication on the team • Respond to written and phone inquiries from customers, title companies, and internal personnel regarding loans Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Communicate clearly both written and verbally Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills Should be empathetic to customer issues and strive to improve relationships Compensation: $38,000
