    Job Description

    Ingram Content Group (ICG) **** is hiring a Human Resources Information Systems Analyst. This person will administer and maintain the HR modules in the PeopleSoft Human Resources Information System (HRIS), to include developing business reports and data collection for interdepartmental and business units needs utilizing query skills, Microsoft Office, Qlik reporting and Crystal report writer. Ensures continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization to include user systems training, system upgrade support and system data integrity. Provides technical/administrative support for the HRIS Talent Management Systems

    The ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2 years experience with relational databases, developing queries, linking tables, reporting, and
    • performing analysis in systems such as PeopleSoft, Access, SQL, SAP, Ceridian, Lawson, or others.
    • 1 year experience in report writing, utilizing macros, formulas, and advanced functionality i.e., Excel, Crystal Reports, Qlik reporting, or other report writers

    The HRIS Analyst’s key responsibilities are:

    • Develops ad-hoc reports to all levels in the organization and provides standard reports for access by all end users.
    • Creates and maintains documentation on systems processes.
    • Provides PeopleSoft and Kenexa system training to new and existing end users.
    • Designs and maintains documentation on system training and processes
    • Works with IT and Manager, HRIS in regard to system testing/monitoring and ascertains data integrity.
    • Maintains awareness of Ingram Industries HRIS plans and the potential impact of those plans on current and future HRMS functionality.
    • Acts as liaison between Human Resources Information Systems IT analysts and users to investigate and troubleshoot system issues.
    • Promotes proactive approaches using the PeopleSoft HRMS to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HRMS capabilities.
    • Acts as a consultant to end user in determining reporting and training needs and recommends solutions to user problems.
    • Provides technical and administrative support for the HRIS Talent Management System
