    Job Description

    Lead new and emerging online delivery channel (NEODC) Marketing for Domino’s Pizza globally to drive sustainable and profitable online food delivery growth while protecting our existing delivery business. Work directly with Domino’s leadership and cross functional business partners to develop, enhance and implement new online channel brand protection and sales growth strategies.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    (50%) Lead the strategy, testing and implementation of menu, dynamic pricing, creative and value offers in NEODC platforms

    • Define, test and implement strategies to drive NEODC menu, creative, dynamic pricing/offer learning and establish best practices
    • Partner with Analytics & Insights and Digital/Innovation team to answer strategic questions related to NEODC menu, pricing and value offers
    • Negotiate with partners to launch campaigns that meet price, measurement, and quality standards
    • Act as key NEODC menu and pricing/offer expert and be able to present NEODC menu/pricing/offer strategy to various stakeholders (franchisees, executives, peers, agency partners, etc.)

    (30%) Lead the strategy, testing and implementation of promotion and media in NEODC platforms

    • Define, test and implement strategies to drive NEODC marketing learning and establish NEODC media best practices
    • Manage all aspects of testing / validating NEODC media opportunities
    • Partner with Analytics & Insights to answer strategic questions related to NEODC media planning, budgeting, and prioritization
    • Act as key NEODC media expert for organization and be able to present NEODC paid media results and strategy to various stakeholders (franchisees, executives, peers, agency partners, etc.)

    (20%) Manage budget as appropriate

    • Manage both corporate and DNAF program expenditures to be within budget guidelines
    • Establish and adhere to benchmarks for NEODC platform media investment
    • Regularly evaluate budget levels and spend to maximize return
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field, MBA preferred
    • 5 – 9 years of interactive marketing experience or related experience
    • Experiences in 3rd party online delivery platforms, new emerging online digital channel, online travel agency or high growth food service preferred
    • Relevant experience developing and executing digital channel menu, pricing, value offers, and media campaigns preferred
    • Experience managing an A/B testing program for digital marketing or eCommerce
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
    • Self-starter with excellent project management skills
    • Excellent people skills and vendor relationship management skills
    • Strong analytical skills and metrics measurement background
    • Strong verbal and presentation skills

    Additional Information

    • This is a hybrid role. Candidates will need to be in the office Tues-Thursday and must reside in the Ann Arbor, MI area or be willing to relocate.
