    Job Description

    The Digital Marketing Manager (International) is part of the digital center of excellence (COE) and works with the Director – International Digital Marketing to consult with markets on the optimization of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. This leader works cross-functionally internally with other Domino’s Pizza International (DPI) COE consultants and externally with country leadership, sharing best practices in order to increase and evolve their digital marketing effectiveness and ensure digital business growth.

    ** RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**

    • Partner with Marketing and Business Consultants to ensure that the digital strategy is coordinated with the business and marketing strategy, and that digital assets are in line with brand guidelines and communicate a key message / core offer that’s consistent across channels
    • Develop and maintain relationships with a range of clients, including in market leadership, market digital counterparts, and market agencies
    • Work closely with domestic ecommerce and digital marketing teams to identify key learnings, strategies, and optimizations to recommend to markets.

    ** Digital Marketing Consultation (70%)**

    • Work with Director, International Digital Marketing to consult with markets on the development of strategic and tactical digital plans that are prioritized based on data & business impact
    • Advise markets on driving qualified traffic and iterative testing across paid & owned media; recommend budget optimizations as needed
    • Consult with markets on KPIs that matter, measurement of incrementality, and influence key stakeholders to adopt these principles into their business
    • Execute market launch plans including analytics training, SEO recommendations, and digital marketing training

    ** eCommerce Consultation (20%)**

    • Manage markets with a portfolio of eCommerce platforms, including third party online ordering (OLO) and Domino’s Global Online Ordering (GOLO)
    • Support markets in optimizing their eCommerce platforms through consultation on conversion, user flows, web analytics, funnel metrics, and eCommerce best practices
    • Consult on A/B testing best practices for OLO markets and direct A/B learnings for GOLO markets
    • Collaborate with GOLO tech team to prioritize new features and functions for GOLO markets
    • Regular communication and reporting on GOLO digital business performance to GOLO stakeholders

    ** Develop tools & resources (10%)**

    • Develop and maintain SME module resources for the Digital Resource Library to ensure relevant and consistent consultation on digital best practices across the globe
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field required
    • 5-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in with a franchisor/franchisee business model, with a minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience
    • Experience with development & execution of multi-channel digital marketing strategy, and leveraging Google AdWords, Facebook & Instagram advertising preferred
    • Experience with Google or Adobe Analytics
    • International acuity, with proficiency in a second language preferred
    • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence with demonstrated ability at influencing
    • Self-starter with proven ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
    • Account management experience a plus
    • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally, depending on business need
