Job Description
** RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
(70%) Social Media Content Creation & Strategies
- Work closely with the Team Lead - Social Media and external agencies to develop innovative, insight-led content for organic social channels (including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook)
- Ideate and create engaging video, meme, graphic, and photo content, with a strong focus on video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Support content creation for national campaigns in addition to evergreen content
- Monitor and collect user generated content for content and reactive opportunities
- Monitor conversations on social media to identify opportunities to engage and build the Domino’s online community
- Execute in-house and opportunistic photo and video shoots for organic and paid content
- Point of contact for social analytics vendors and platform reps
- Evaluate and manage surprise and delight opportunities
- Collaborate with performance media team to optimize content to drive sales
- Maintain regular publishing schedule in collaboration with internal social team and external agencies
- Create copy as needed for paid and other internal teams
- Collaborate with HR to support content for the Domino’s LinkedIn channel
- Respond to and amplify daily opportunities with high-profile accounts, in partnership with Influencer lead
(30%) Analytics/Strategy
- Monitor engagement on owned channels, tracking performance to inform future content strategy
- Benchmark what competitors are doing and track share of voice metrics
- Monitor social media for pop culture news or trending topics that would resonate with Dominos fans
- Utilize regular reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and ways to implement into content strategy
- Benchmark emerging social media platforms and opportunities to understand how to engage on each, determining strategy and measurement tactics
