Job Description

Domino’s Supply Chain and Supply Chain Information Technology teams are undergoing an effort to modernize back end supply chain systems. SAP S/4 HANA has been chosen as the ERP software to use for this multi-year modernization deployment effort. Specifically within S/4 HANA Domino’s will be utilizing Sales and Distribution for its Order to Cash operations, Production Planning for its dough production operations within the warehouse, and Extended Warehouse management (EWM) for its warehouse management operations. There are 29 warehouses in Dominos Supply Chain, with more planned in the future.

Design and blueprinting phase has already been completed and a “template” design can be utilized for most future deployments. The SAP Functional Lead role should be able to configure from scratch a new EWM warehouse with this “template” as reference. Making all necessary localization changes to the template and master data to fit each warehouses unique physical layout. The SAP Functional Lead is solely responsible for the configuration, testing, and deployment of each additional SAP Plant we go live with.

In addition, this role would be responsible for the design and configuration of any new requirements that will come up from some of the more complex DPZ warehouses and operations. This includes but not limited to vendor direct shipments, international shipping, integration with 3rd party warehouses and more. These processes are not a part of the DPZ template and will need to be designed and configured in coordination with ABAP developers where necessary.

Duties

Configuration

• Configure NEW from scratch SAP plants using DPZ Template
• Configure all necessary local changes required to fit unique physical layout of the warehouse

• Configure any required adaptations based on any new business needs communicated

Master Data Maintenance

• In tandem with business partners, maintain all warehouse specific master data upload files

  • Business Partner Maintenance
• Ensure the master data is in the correct format and ready to be uploaded in Dev, Quality, & Production clients.

Testing

• Test ALL functional areas of SAP.

  • Physical inventory
  • PP integration
  • Internal/Cross Process
  • Sales and Distribution
  • Production Planning
• End to End interface testing with legacy ERP
  • IDocs for most interfaces
• WRICEF testing for all existing and potential future enhancements

Deploy and Hypercare

• Be onsite for at least 1 week during the cutover and deploy into production phase
• Be available for an additional 2 weeks post Go-Live for a total of 3 weeks of hypercare support
• Troubleshoot end user problems/questions to ensure smooth operations in the warehouse

Qualifications

• At least 5 years SAP S/4 HANA functional experience
• At least 5 years SAP EWM functional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in related SAP modules (Sales & Distribution, Production planning, IM, MM, etc)
• At least 1 full end to end lifecycle implementation of EWM on S/4 HANA
• Strong functional background in EWM with ability to configure all functional processes
• Working knowledge of Sales and Distribution and Production planning within S/4 HANA
