    Job Description

    DOMINOS SUPPLY CHAIN CENTER - DRIVER - CLASS A CDL

    Safely drives company commercial vehicle over or on established route(s) to unload product and render customer service to Domino’s Pizza store locations. On occasion may be assigned to yard work, which entails shuttling tractor/trailers to and from the logistic company, and repositioning trailers parked on the yard to include backing trailers to dock doors. Ensure that all tasks performed are done in a safe manner, including wearing proper PPE.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES                                           

    • Drive, Deliver and Unload Product
    • Safely drive assigned truck safely on designated route(s) to deliver product to Domino's Pizza stores; may be required to run routes as part of a team or as a single driver. Some overnight stays may be required
    • Safely deliver product by sliding dough trays and product from trailer floor to side lift gate/rear lift gate and ramp to dollies/carts
    • Verify dough, store cooler and trailer temperatures at each stop and accuracy
    • Safely load product onto dolly and unload product at each customer location. Rotate stock in cooler, then move delivered product into cooler·        
    • Pick up damaged and empty tray containers/carts and deliver to Supply Chain Center
    • Safely Reposition and secure remaining product/tray containers/carts in trailer after each delivery
    • Listen to and timely resolve customer service complaints
    • Required to always wear and follow Domino’s Pizza uniform standards while working
    • Attend scheduled safety, team meetings and training sessions
    • Follow all local, state, federal and Domino's safety rules, policies, and procedures
     
    

    COMPLETE NECESSARY PAPERWORK

    • Responsible for verifying and securing load prior to dispatch
    • Ensure you have required safety equipment before dispatch
    • Perform pre- and post-trip safety vehicle inspections at every stop – beginning and end of each trip
    • Complete all safety test timely
    • Comply with DOT log regulations by ELD
    • Accountable for the vehicle and product
    • Complete paperwork (DVIR, Trip Sheet, Load Assessment Forms) per DOT, and Company policies and procedures

     

    WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER

    • Receives incoming product shipments and compares vendor inventory sheet or distribution purchase order to product received for accuracy and inventory control with the use of a handheld scanner
    • Updates inventory through data entry of product information
    • Stamps product casing with delivery receipt date
    • Alerts Warehouse Team Leader to any discrepancies in product amounts received
    • Using safe work procedures, opens bales, crates and other containers to unload product
    • Using safe work procedures, moves product from staging area to truck using warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallejack or two-wheeled cart
    • Uses "First In, First Out" (FIFO) procedure to ensure proper rotation of existing stock
    • Removes trays and returns product from truck
    • Updates inventory to reflect received product and sorts and stores usable product
    • Thoroughly cleans cargo area of truck to ensure sanitary storage area for product during transport
    • Pre-cools cargo area of truck to company specifications prior to loading product
    • Complete load Verification with handheld scanner and verifies accuracy of assembled loads
    • Updates inventory through the use of handheld scanner of products to be shipped
    • Stages each customer order with the use of handheld scanner in preparation of loading onto delivery truck
    • Assists drivers where needed with pre-departure checks
    • Loads truck according to company specifications for maximum delivery accuracy
    • Secures load within cargo area of truck through the use of load bars or straps
    • Maintains safe work area through general housekeeping and performs sanitation functions as required

     

    PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER 

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Must be able to work around ingredients and/or finished products known to contain food allergens
    • Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
    • Create and maintain positive relationships with team members
    • Follow all safety procedures including wearing all required personal protective equipment and uniform guidelines.
    • Effectively and safely operate and maintain the assigned task 
    • Complete safety observations when assigned
    • Read and follow standard work for assigned task
    • Follow all standard 
    • Verify proper components at workstation before beginning a job
    •  Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded
    • work in various temperature conditions, cooler and warehouse ambient temperature.
    • Able to lift to 50 Lbs. on occasions  
    • Open to working weekends and holidays 
    • Able to work at a fast-paced environment.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER 

    • 1 year previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory control
    • Company certification to operate warehouse equipment such as forklift or pallet jack
    • Ability to stand, climb and walk on a continual basis throughout shift. Ability to lift from floor to above the head, 50 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally, throughout work shift
    • Must be available to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24 hour day, over any 7 day period
    • Ability to work in warehouse environment with constant exposure to loud machinery
    • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, both indoors and outdoors

    PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER 

    • High school diploma or GED
    • One year of production, baking or manufacturing experience
    • Ability to read/interpret production process materials, dough thermometer, gauges and record data
    • Must be available to work during a shift which may be scheduled anytime during a 24 hour day, over any 7 day period
