_ RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES_
(25%) Assists in completion of Class A Driver Payroll
- Reconcile driver expense reports
- Track miles
- Log reefer hours
- Log tractor/trailers used for routes
(5%) Monitor driver’s hours of service
(15%) Maintain driver qualification files
- Schedule driver re-certifications
(15%) Drivers
- Voicemails to drivers regarding route info
- Generating Start-up Shift report, showing delayed routes
- Communicating to the franchisees regarding the delay
- Coordinating re-deliveries
- Maintaining inventory for drivers
- Attending/Speaking at the quarterly driver meetings
- Acts as a resource for Driver questions
(10%) Reports monthly driver information and weekly keys
- Input fuel receipts into Excel
- Produce report for the Accounting Rep
(10%) Maintains and distributes store keys for daily runs
- Pick keys for the drivers
- Stay in contact with Franchisees for any changes in door codes or keys
(10%) Safety
- Acts as Safety Marshall for Delivery & Service
- Attends the weekly Safety meeting
- Attends the weekly Safety call
- Conducts Floor Safety Observation (FSO) with Supervisors
- Enters Safety information into Intelex
(10%) Miscellaneous
- Assists Supervisors with daily tasks
- Assists in daily routing
- Maintains/Process credits
- Maintains Fuel Tax information
