You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift and set the example for the rest of the crew in following standards, policies, and procedures. In addition, Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls for Food and Labor, Cash Control, Work to a Schedule, and Great Customer Service. Reliable transportation to/from work is required.
