JOB SUMMARY
The On-boarding Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of on-boarding success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of strong partnerships with the Store Managers, Recruiting Team and HR Team
The Human Resources On-boarding Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that we are hiring the best talent in a swift and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES
Complete all new team member on-boarding processes to include but not limited to;
- Communicate with applicants via phone and text
- Submit applicant and/or team member for background and motor vehicle review, as needed
- Schedule new team member for New Team Member Orientation (NTO)
- Coordinate and conduct NTO
- Enter new team member into the HRIS (All Pay/HR Alliance)
- Certify new team member I-9
- Convert new team member to employee
- Enter new team member into POS system (PULSE)
- Administrative duties and recordkeeping, such as; updating spreadsheets maintaining employee electronic file
- Maintain confidentiality and security of applicant and new team member personal information
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the Team Murph Management team
- Perform other special projects as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, group, etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Flexible working hours: requires working some rotating evenings and Saturdays
