    A FEW BEST PRACTICES TO ENSURE SUCCESS

    • Be motivated and focus on planning your day every day
    • Navigate the sales process.  This starts with a greeting and ends with FOLLOW UP
    • Be tenacious using our CRM to ensure proper FOLLOW UP and build value in your interactions with potential clients
    • Answer incoming phone calls and internet leads quickly and professionally.  Then FOLLOW UP.
    • Keep up to date on new products and services within the industry
    • FOLLOW UP 
    • Prospect for clients and advertise your personal brand utilizing social media
    • Always conduct business in an ethical and professional manner
    • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
    • FOLLOW UP
    • Listen to your customer’s needs and guide them as needed
    • Explain features and benefits of our products, group and you
    • Have a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
    • FOLLOW UP
    • Establish a personal income goal that is consistent with dealership standards, and devise a strategy to get there.  Believe in it.
    • Prepare your sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival
    • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.
    • Schedules first service appointment.
    • FOLLOW UP on all post-delivery items. This includes “we-owes” and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
    • Maintains professional appearance.

     

     

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $41,201.67 - $116,274.69 per year
