DONALD L. MOONEY ENTERPRISES, LLC, doing business as (dba) NURSES ETC STAFFING, is a premier workforce solution providing healthcare services in the Department of Defense and Civilian sector within 36 states. Currently, we are seeking to hire a PROPOSAL WRITER to join our growing team!

If you are a TECHNICAL WRITER, ANALYTICAL, SELF-STARTER, and EFFICIENT RESEARCHER, this may be the ideal fit for you! This position requires proposal submission to federal personnel and knowledge of the healthcare field.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Knowledge of and experience with government contracting requirements (FAR, FSS, GSA schedules, GWACS, ID/IQ, DO/TO and BPA contracts). Sole source RFI's, RFQ's, and RFP's.
• Responds to proposal development in response to government issues RFP's for applicable service offerings.
• Strong leadership qualities to include problem-solving, consensus-building, efficient time management.
• Monitors government lead and bid systems for solicitations utilizing e-Buy, TXMAS, Federal Business Opportunities, Bid Match, GovWin and other reliable sources presented.
• Carries out projects on time as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree required
• Ability to write (technically), make presentations, and solve practical problems
• Minimum 2 years experience in proposal or grant writing
