Below is feedback we received on our first batch of submittals: FOR THE API ROLE
candidate – Most Genesys experience is all on-prem and Genesys PureCloud - instead of Cloud CX. Refers to SDK (instead of API) experience – which is mostly associated with on-prem solutions. A pass for me.
candidate—The resume lists some Cloud CX and Dialogflow (it doesn’t specify ES or CX), but it also lists many on-prem solutions, where our development is in the cloud. He does have chances for the third Developer with API experience. Let's get his schedule midweek next week for a meet-and-greet. There's a possible chance - if Mediu doesn’t come along with a better candidate.
