Doneboard is a rapidly-growing startup offering technical inventory management for small and medium businesses. We securely store a collection of new and used computers for each client and ship them out to their new hires. We also handle upgrades and repairs for their existing users and retrieve devices from their offboarded employees.
Your role will be focused on the logistics of rapid request fulfillment, coordination with procurement, and maintaining a healthy and efficient supply chain. Applicants should have a strong desire to learn and solid communication skills, but there are no specific requirements for this position in terms of experience, and we welcome applicants with no experience as well as experienced workers seeking a career change.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
Utilizing custom software to manage a variety of requests
Coordinating with shipping carriers to ensure error-free shipments
Managing and organizing inventory
Processing incoming shipments
Developing and improving processes to make the supply chain more efficient
Assessing and configuring laptops
Performing inventory audits
Assisting with general organization and upkeep of the facility
This is a full-time job, and you can expect a starting base salary of $50k to $55k. We offer a bonus based on company performance, individual learning progress, and participation in process improvement projects.
