Doneboard (doneboard.com) is a rapidly-growing tech startup at the intersection of IT and HR. We make it easy for companies with distributed workforces to handle employee onboarding and offboarding remotely with an innovative software platform. We provide offsite storage of employee devices like laptops and displays and our services including logistics, device configuration, inventory management, repair coordination, and white-glove customer service.

Your role will be focused on the logistics of rapid request fulfillment, including computer configuration, shipping and receiving, coordinating with partners and vendors, and maintaining a healthy and efficient supply chain. Applicants should have a strong desire to learn and solid communication skills, but there are NO SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS for this position in terms of experience, and we welcome applicants with no experience as well as experienced workers seeking a career change. You will be thoroughly trained and have full support from management, technical professionals and peers.

In this role, you will:

• Assess and configure laptops using a combination of automated tools and manual checklists
• Troubleshoot computer issues with the help of IT staff at partner companies
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Manage and organize inventory and help with periodic audits
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to expedite and ensure error-free delivery
• Communicate with partners to answer questions and resolve issues
• Help improve and develop processes to make the supply chain more efficient
• Assist with general organization and upkeep of the facility
