Donn Palms, Inc. is seeking outgoing , motivated, TEAM PLAYERS to join our growing team on the westside of Michigan. We are seeking individuals who are looking to gain experience in working with business and medical customers.

One of our clients has expanded into the disposable medical supply sector. Our client is still focused primarily on growing their market share in the office supply sector. The expansion into medical supplies, however, diversifies the spectrum of products our customers can use through the client website - further expanding opportunities within our company. This job entails face to face sales and customer relations to new and existing customers. Sales representatives will be responsible for maintaining and developing interpersonal relationships with existing and prospective clients within the metropolitan Detroit region.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES REPRESENTATIVES:

• · Establish and maintain client relationships within representative’s territory
• · Plan appointments and prepare presentations for potential clients
• · Initiate sales and establish future visitations to ensure customer retention
• · Replicate sales expertise by training, coaching, and developing peers
• · Demonstrate sales skills for future advancement into management positions
