We re seeking an associate with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience. Candidate must have strong writing skills, experience handling all aspects of law & motion, skill in preparing and responding to written discovery, familiarity with attending and reporting on depositions and experience with trial preparation. Understanding of medical terminology and experience reviewing and reporting on medical records is a plus.
