ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR TRUSTS & ESTATES PRACTICE IN PEARL RIVER, NY OFFICE
Regional boutique law firm with five offices in three states, concentrating in the areas of trusts, estates and elder law, seeks an Administrative Assistant to support a team of Attorneys and Paralegals.
The successful candidate will work out of our Pearl River, NY office and will play a lead role in ensuring the office runs smoothly. This individual will have a professional demeanor, coupled with strong communication skills. Experience working in a legal or professional setting and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is also required and experience in a Mac office environment is a plus.

Salary $50K-$55K, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 4 weeks paid time off and a 401K with 3% match.
