Reliant is a nondenominational Christian mission organization that partners with churches and nonprofit ministries to help train and equip missionaries throughout the U.S. and internationally. Our office provides excellence-driven, end-to-end employment services accelerating ministry around the world.
The team is collectively fueled by the desire to see healthy missionaries living on the field with fully-funded employment for their mission. We are an accredited 501(c)3 evangelical Christian mission agency that began over 30 years ago, and we are honored to partner with over 400 churches and nonprofits. Our field missionaries do various things such as counsel broken relationships, help university students find their spiritual beliefs, pioneer new churches & innovative ministries, and help women make a sustainable living in Kenya — all in the name of Jesus Christ.
The Donor Services Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the processing of donations received by Reliant. This includes following the current Donor Services coding and batch entry schedules, with flexibility for month-end and holiday adjustments. The coordinator must adhere to all standards set by the IRS, auditors, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) when handling revenue.
This position requires experience with using databases and digital communication tools such as Solomon (Reliant's internal site), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data entry, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while working both independently and collaboratively. The role also involves operating and maintaining equipment such as scanners, 10-key calculators, and specialized tools used in Reliant's bank deposit submission processes.
This is a part-time position, averaging 25 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 30 hours during peak periods as determined by Donor Services leadership. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence at the Central Florida office at least two days per week—typically Mondays and Thursdays. On other days, work is performed remotely. The schedule may vary based on month-end activities, departmental workflow, and holidays.
To ensure we can effectively manage the seasonal increase in end-of-year donations, Paid Time Off (PTO) is not available from late November through mid-January. This period is critical to our operations, and full departmental coverage is essential to meet the needs of those we serve. Reliant's designated holidays will still be observed, giving everyone time to enjoy with their families. Outside of those holidays, we appreciate your support in maintaining full departmental coverage during regular business hours to help us meet the needs of those we serve
