MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the DSS is to provide administrative and special project support to the VPD and manage donor services for MA's development efforts.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Donor Services Management: Leads the effective use of Salesforce to fulfill the organization's objectives in collecting, storing, and managing donor data. ****

2. Development Support: Supports the VP of Development with reports and analytics from Salesforce that help guide development decisions.

3. Administrative Assistance for the VPD: Adds appointments to the calendar, cancels appointments if the VPD is out of the office, moves appointments as needed, and clearly communicates the schedule to all parties involved.

QUALIFICATIONS:**

• Some college required; a bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-5 years CRM experience (Salesforce experience highly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer experience must include general word processing and website research
• General clerical/secretarial/administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Very high caliber organizational skills
