** About the Donor Support Coordinator**
_ 24/7 Call Center Environment | 12-Hour Shifts
Must be flexible to work Days or Nights, including weekends and holidays_
The Donor Support Coordinator plays a critical role in the tissue donation process, helping facilitate the gift of donation from referral through recovery. This position works in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment where every call has the potential to impact lives through transplantation.
Tissue donation can help heal and improve the lives of patients through transplants such as skin, bone, heart valves, tendons, and corneas. Donor Support Coordinators help evaluate donation suitability, coordinate the donation process, and compassionately support families during difficult moments.
This role is best suited for someone who is compassionate, emotionally resilient, detail-oriented, and motivated by meaningful work.
Every donor referral represents an opportunity to help save or heal lives while supporting families through meaningful conversations during difficult moments.
