PUBLICEDUCATION PRESENTER

DonorConnect seeks a per diem PUBLIC EDUCATION PRESENTER-DAVIS COUNTY AND SALT LAKE COUNTY (10 -15 hours per week) with superior communication skills to facilitate presentations within the local public schools.

Under the direction of the Public Education/Public Relations Manager, assumes responsibility for the education of students within the designated DonorConnect service area:

• Conducts presentations in an informative and interesting manner.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with schools.
• Advanced level computer proficiency (Presentation software).
• Must be willing to travel frequently for presentations, including some overnight travel.
• Must be available during school hours.
• This position requires successful completion of a drug test and extensive criminal background check.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Public Speaking/Presentation experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
