POSITION SUMMARY: Provide customer service via incoming and outgoing calls while assisting office and field staff with various clerical duties.

JOB LOCATION: Redwood City Branch Office, 639 Bair Island Rd., #107

GENERAL DUTIES:

· Answer all incoming calls and assist customers as needed with questions and concerns.

· Provide courtesy notifications of upcoming appointments to all customers via phone or email.

· Review and edit technician work orders for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.

· Prepare invoices and statements for mailing.

· Set up new customers in the system and schedule inspections.

· Process credit card payments.

· Contact customers regarding overdue payments.

· Assist with scheduling and/or rescheduling work orders as needed.

· Assist office staff with other miscellaneous clerical duties as needed.

· Ensure all portable electronic devices (phones, tablets, etc.) are received and charging at the end

of each workday.

· Lock up the office at the end of each workday.

PAY RANGE: $22 AN HOUR
