Responsibilities: • Welcomes customers by greeting them and building rapport • Develops relationships that encourage repeat business • Advises customers by providing information on products and services • Suggests items that match a client's needs, wants, and desires • Sells merchandise to consistently meet or exceed sales expectations • Creates a positive work environment under all circumstances • Provides outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience to grow the customer base • Documents sold by creating or updating complete customer profile records • Processes payments; checks, cash, and store or other credit cards • Client outreach.
