Manage New Hire Rotations throughout organization start to finish
Develop/ Manager Mentor Program
Develop and implement Continued Education program
Develop workforce aptitude tracker & roadmap
Partner with HR to ensure job descriptions are current and effectively relate to roles
Ensure consistent communication with all internal department on new hire rotation, training development and completion as well as scheduling movements if maintained
Requirements:
Prefer Minimum 5 Years previous Manufacturing training exp. (supporting documents preferred)
5 Years Manufacturing machine shop
5-10 years in management preferred
Background or Experience in public speaking/teaching a plus
Must have 3-5 years minimum exp. with all Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel etc.
