We're looking for dynamic producers to helm production from pre to post on each new show. This person is responsible for leading and managing a team of creatives to bring projects from vision to reality.
A strong understanding of storytelling, specifically with experience in unscripted/reality, and familiarity with the digital content landscape is essential. Position requires a high degree of autonomy, but also provides a large amount of creative freedom and opportunities for growth & pliability within the organization, as well as opportunities for fulltime work.

Organized with strong attention to detail
Resourceful and able to make lots of decisions quickly.
Aware of car culture. While understanding cars isn't a strict requirement, you should have some awareness of the automotive landscape, and/or be willing to learn.
Experienced working in Youtube/Digital Video. You should know the formats, trends, production and animation styles prevalent on YouTube.
Plugged in. You should have a good awareness of pop culture and current trends.
