  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure from the hotel
    • Open and assist with hotel entrance and vehicle doors while maintaining a courteous and attentive presence
    • Provide directions, hotel information, and local recommendations to guests as needed
    • Assist with coordinating vehicle traffic, rideshare services, taxis, and transportation flow at hotel entrances
    • Communicate effectively with Bell Services, Valet, Front Office, Security, and Concierge teams to support seamless guest experiences
    • Assist guests with luggage coordination and transportation requests as operationally needed
    • Monitor hotel entrance areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
    • Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and service requests
    • Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, special events, and high-volume operational periods
    • Maintain awareness of hotel activities, guest arrivals, and operational updates to provide proactive guest assistance
    • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
    • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards
    • Follow hotel policies, guest service standards, and workplace safety procedures at all times
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Previous hospitality, guest service, valet, bell, transportation, or customer service experience preferred
    • Luxury hotel or upscale hospitality experience preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong guest service mindset with a welcoming and professional demeanor
    • Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
    • Professional appearance and polished demeanor required
    • Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as operationally required
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
