Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Custom Door Fabricator to join our team. This position is responsible for building and assembling high-quality custom doors to customer specifications while maintaining precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate custom interior and exterior doors based on work orders and specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, sand, and finish door components accurately
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications:

• Previous woodworking, carpentry, millwork, or fabrication experience preferred
• Experience using saws, sanders, routers, and other shop equipment
• Ability to read measurements and work with precision tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Preferred Skills:

• Custom door or cabinet fabrication experience
• Blueprint or shop drawing interpretation
• Finish carpentry background
