Responsibilities: • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Clearly communicate the company’s services, benefits, and current promotions. Collect and document contact information from interested homeowners. Schedule free estimates or consultations for potential customers; • Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads for painting services. Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversation to assess interest in exterior/interior painting; Qualifications: • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • A consistent top performer in sales • Willing to door knock, complete neighborhoods.
